Teys is seeking an Administration Officer for our Condamine Feedlot, to support daily office functions and assist the Office Manager. The role involves weighbridge operations, data entry, and customer service within a busy feedlot environment.

Based at Condamine Feedlot on the Western Downs of Queensland, you will join a friendly team with a focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Experience with cattle industry operations is highly regarded.

We are looking for an experienced & motivated Administration Officer to join our friendly, tight-knit team at our Condamine Feedlot. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will assist in all daily office functions across the Feedlot.

Feedlot

You will be based at our Condamine Feedlot, a major 28,000 to 30,000-head capacity grain-fed cattle facility located on the Western Downs of Queensland.

Overall responsibilities include:

Weighbridge operation including adhering to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

• Accurately weighing livestock and commodity trucks and ensuring documentation is correct

Support data entry and record keeping activities maintaining confidentiality

Welcome visitors and internal customers, answering phones/emails and addressing queries

• Livestock data entry into feedlot programs - StockaID and FY3000

We are looking for a passionate, people-oriented team member to join the Office team.

Knowledge or experience in the cattle industry (highly regarded)

Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel

High level attention to detail

Flexibility with an ability to manage competing priorities

Upbeat and positive attitude with a friendly, professional manner.

Attractive hourly rate - starting at $33.00/hour
