Job summary

Teys is seeking an Administration Officer for our Condamine Feedlot, to support daily office functions and assist the Office Manager. The role involves weighbridge operations, data entry, and customer service within a busy feedlot environment.

Based at Condamine Feedlot on the Western Downs of Queensland, you will join a friendly team with a focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Experience with cattle industry operations is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• High level attention to detail
• Flexibility with competing priorities
• Upbeat and professional demeanor
• Knowledge or experience in the cattle industry (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge and ensure CoR-compliant documentation
• Data entry and record keeping with confidentiality
• Answer phones and emails, greet visitors and internal customers
• Enter livestock data into feedlot programs (StockaID, FY3000)
