Job summary

Australian Country Choice is seeking an Administration Officer at Brindley Park Feedlot, located about 30 minutes from Roma, Queensland. This role interacts with multiple feedlot departments to ensure timely and accurate administration, data collection, and reporting using StockaID and FY3000 or similar systems.

You will support timekeeping, payroll, onboarding, and back-up coverage while maintaining high attention to detail and strong communication with visitors, suppliers, staff and drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data collection, recording and processing of information.
• Strong liaison with visitors, suppliers, staff and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Handle timely and accurate administration activities across feedlot departments.
• Record and report data and information with high attention to detail.
• Utilise livestock data systems (StockaID/FY3000) and MS Office tools.
• Assist with weighbridge reporting and timekeeping/payroll support.
• Onboard new employees and provide back-up support to the team.
