South Burnett Regional Council is seeking an officer based in Kingaroy to provide professional administrative support to the Planning and Development branch. You will handle enquiries, assist with complaints and ensure timely, accurate documentation in Council systems.

Council is seeking an officer to provide professional administrative service which support the effective and efficient operation of the Planning and Development branch. The role will assist with Planning and Development enquiries and complaints and provide support to the team ensuring a high level of customer service is provided. Assist in the delegation and action of customer requests, complaints and escalations monitoring progress whilst recording outcomes in Council’s corporate systems. The successful applicant will have relevant experience in an administrative role providing high level of customer service in a busy environment. Sound organisational skills with the ability to establish work priorities, complete assigned tasks within required standards and meet deadlines with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Minimum requirement of a current C Class driver’s licence
Certificate III in Business Administration
