Job summary

Kare Radiology PTY LTD – Coffs Harbour NSW is seeking a warm, organised Medical Administrator to join our front-line team. You will welcome patients, manage bookings, process referrals, and handle Medicare billing while supporting referrers and clinical staff.

Experience in medical administration is preferred; radiology experience is highly regarded. Proficiency with RIS/PACS, Medicare, Healthlink is desirable.

About the Role

This is a rewarding front-line position where you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for both patients and referrers.

Your responsibilities will include:
