Cleanaway Operations Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead a six‑person team based in Jandakot, WA. The role focuses on developing people, improving systems and driving efficiency across administration operations.

You will partner with Operations and Finance to resolve issues, implement changes, and support business requirements while building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Administration Manager or similar people leadership role.
• Experience managing Team Leaders or Supervisors and developing leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of six with clear direction and coaching.
• Set priorities and objectives for the administration function to align with operations.
• Oversee administrative systems for consistency, accuracy and efficiency.
• Review reporting and data to identify trends and gaps.
• Drive process improvements to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and stakeholders to support business needs.
