Lindsay Australia is seeking an experienced Administration Manager at Derrimut Depot (Melbourne) to lead a 6-person team across 7 days, ensuring accurate despatch, payroll and invoicing while improving performance. You will partner with Depot Management to maximise efficiency and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled transport environment.

The role offers ongoing development within Australia’s largest refrigerated transport network, with a focus on hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading administration teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of transport administration processes including payroll, invoicing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the administration team across 7-day operations.
• Ensure resources meet operational demands and oversee despatch accuracy.
• Coach and train staff on systems and processes; conduct driver debriefs as needed.
• Maintain safe, compliant procedures and build strong working relationships with Depot Management.
