Job summary

Loan Market in Sydney CBD is seeking a fast-learning Junior Loan Processor to join our award-winning team. You will support the Head Broker with client onboarding, document collection, and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role offers exposure to deal pipeline reporting, CRM data integrity, and coordinating team meetings. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive and excellent communicators.

The Role

As Administration Executive, you will support The Head Broker in qualifying and nurturing new client leads, answering client queries on loan processes and collecting required client documentation. You will also support the Head of Operations and Strategy in deal pipeline reporting, co-ordinating weekly team meetings and other ad-hoc operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head broker in new business generation by qualifying and nurturing new client leads and co-ordinating and scheduling client meetings

• Serve as the primary point of client contact, professionally managing client relationships and communication

• Build and sustain strong positive relationships with clients, brokers and lender representatives, delivering an outstanding client experience with our business

• Lead new deal administration duties on MyCRM software, maintaining high quality data integrity in the initial client contact stages

• Assist the Head of Strategy and Operations in strengthening our brand presence including

• Marketing initiatives

• Streamlining new hire onboarding processes

• Co-ordination of events

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is a detail oriented and proactive individual. You must prioritise clear communication, have exceptional client first service and sales skills and are a confident problem solver.

• Previous administrative, client service and processing experience in a fast paced financial services, sales or broking work setting

• A genuine passion for helping others and driven to achieving excellence for clients

• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, make decisive choices and drive results with a high sense of urgency

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently in high-pressure, high-volume situations

• Reliable team player motivated by problem solving for clients and exceeding operational targets with "find-a-way" attitude

• Ability to quickly master, improve and maintain internal processes and reporting

• Experience with industry-specific software, CRMs (ideally MyCRM), digital application tools and phone systems

• An interest in marketing, brand aesthetics, or content creation (ideal)
