About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and experienced Lending professional to join our team on a Commission-Only basis. If you are a self-starter proficient in business development and sales with a track record of generating your own leads and closing deals, but you don’t want the burden and risk of operating a business, this is the opportunity for you.

• Own your own clients & trail book: We offer a fair and balanced agreement on commission and client ownership structure. You own your own clients and trail book
• Super star team: Steel sharpens Steel. Work alongside a team that works across Residential, Commercial, SMSF, and Business loans, with deal sizes ranging anywhere from $300k up to $50m
• Industry leading technology and processes: Leverage the leading technology and processes we use to accelerate your performance
• Admin Support: Once you achieve solid results, you will receive admin support to turbo-charge your performance
• High-Performance Mentorship: Collaborate with and learn directly from a highly successful Mentor that is actively brokering
• A great office & corporate level support: Operate within a corporate level reputation, support and backing, have unlimited access to an A grade CBD office and access the full time in-house IT support, marketing manager and reception

Who are we looking for?

• Strong understanding of lending with at least 2 years in residential, asset or commercial lending as a broker or lender
• Demonstrable track record of self-generating leads and building a strong referral network
• Wants to be part of a hard working high performance team as well as contribute and share with an abundance mindset
• Current Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Professional, polished, client focused, with a strong work ethic and integrity
• Keen on personal and professional growth
• Ambition and professionalism, driven to grow their own client base and trail book, looking to leverage the operational scale and back-end support of a major firm while avoiding the administrative burdens of managing a small practice independently
