We are partnering with a fast-growing, financial services business in Double Bay, Edgecliff that is looking for a sharp, energetic Broker Support Officer.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in professional admin, retail banking, or operations who brings a great attitude and wants to learn how a finance business actually runs.

• $75,000 - $85,000 + super (depending on experience)

What You’ll Decide

You will sit in the engine room of the business, getting direct exposure to the entire financial lifecycle:

• Loan Origination: Guide applications from submission to credit review, proactively fixing any gaps.
• Settlements & Payments: Work with panel solicitors to manage quick settlements and ensure daily payment flows are accurate.
• Compliance: Keep a sharp eye on crucial documents like ID verification and title records.
• Process Improvement: Take the initiative on projects involving workflow mapping and tech automation as the business scales.
