The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Specialist Clinics outpatient service. You will answer enquiries, schedule and reschedule appointments, handle complaints, and provide consistent information to callers in a busy outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a team-oriented approach. Prior customer service experience is highly regarded, and knowledge of the Victorian healthcare system is

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries through the Specialist Clinics Call Centre and Switchboard; schedule, reschedule, and cancel clinic appointments; handle complaints and troubleshoot problems; provide consistent information to callers.
• Respond to high volume calls, overhead paging of emergency procedures, and maintain contact directories.
