Job summary

Lightning HR PTY LTD is hiring an Administration and Customer Service Officer for the Kunda Park area on the Sunshine Coast. This permanent part-time role runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm, 27.5 paid hours per week, with a pay rate of $33–$37 per hour plus super.

You will manage inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate jobs and invoicing, and keep customer records tidy across our systems. Training will be provided to learn our processes.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, customer service or coordination experience is preferred.
• Experience with Xero, Tradify, CRM systems or a trade-based business is a bonus!
• You don’t need experience in the security industry, we can teach you that part.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer enquiries and following up new leads.
• Preparing basic quotes and following up prospective customers.
• Coordinating jobs, booking technicians and keeping customers updated.
• Managing customer information and keeping our systems organised.
• Preparing invoices, allocating payments and following up overdue accounts.
• Helping improve our office procedures and finding better ways to get things done.
