Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Delivery Manager for its new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You will lead planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams, including mobile apps and AI-enabled services, aligning work with customer value and strategic priorities.

You will uplift agile practices, embed delivery frameworks, and coach iteration managers to improve predictability and squad performance. This is a strategic role shaping culture and ways of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience leading delivery teams in agile, product-led environments

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams including mobile apps and AI-enabled services
• Embed delivery frameworks, uplift agile practices, and coach iteration managers
• Oversee portfolio planning, resource management, and governance to ensure predictable delivery outcomes
• Engage stakeholders across product, technology and business to align priorities and outcomes
