Job summary

Qantas seeks a Digital Producer to lead customer-facing digital products and content experiences from our new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You’ll translate business needs into product opportunities, working with a high-performing cross-functional team in an agile setup.

Role focuses on planning, viability, timely delivery of digital assets, and coordination of website, mobile apps, and third-party partners. Strong editorial, SEO/SEM, and Adobe platform skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a digital/web/content producer.
• Experience across digital products (content or product).
• Creative skills to oversee production of quality digital content and/or products.
• Ability to develop strategy based on research and data analysis or competitive reviews.
• Copywriting and editorial planning for large scale ecommerce or online platforms including SEO/SEM.

Responsibilities

• Plan, viability assessment, and timely delivery of digital products in an agile environment.
• Coordinate and implement website enhancements, new products, and mobile apps.
• Manage third-party suppliers and ensure quality delivery.
