Qantas Group is seeking an Delivery Lead to coordinate product delivery across digital streams from discovery to release. You will mentor agile squads, drive maturity, and promote autonomy and collaboration within a brand-new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide.

Lead multiple squads, optimise delivery flow, and manage risks and stakeholders while embodying a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. This full-time role anchors at the Adelaide site in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment.
• Plan and coordinate delivery from discovery through to release, optimising time to value.
• Coach individuals and squads in adopting Agile mindsets and practices, enabling high-performing teams.
• Proficient in multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, DesignThinking.
• Strong capability in risk and issue identification and management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Miro.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate product delivery from discovery through to release, ensuring alignment to agreed agile practices.
• Coach teams to improve agile maturity, foster collaboration, and remove impediments to maintain delivery flow.
• Drive continuous improvement, reducing waste and optimising resource utilisation to deliver value early and consistently.
• Support squad ramp-up at the new Qantas Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide.
