Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams, including mobile apps, conversational AI, and customer services, from discovery to release. You will align with strategic priorities, drive value, and embed agile practices across squads in Adelaide's new Product and Innovation Centre.

You'll coach iteration managers, manage portfolio planning and dependencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading delivery teams in agile/product-led environments.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex, fast-paced settings.
• Experience guiding digital product delivery from discovery to release.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams (mobile apps, AI, customer servicing).
• Embed delivery frameworks and uplift ways of working.
• Coach iteration managers to improve delivery predictability and squad efficiency.
• Oversee portfolio planning and cross-portfolio alignment.
