Job summary

Qantas Airways in Adelaide is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide agile squads across digital product streams, including mobile apps and AI initiatives, to accelerate value delivery. You will plan and coordinate delivery from discovery to release, coach teams to improve agile maturity, remove impediments, and foster a culture of autonomy and collaboration at the new Product Innovation Centre.

Qualifications

3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment.
Experience planning and coordinating delivery from discovery through to release, with time-to-value focus.
Ability to coach individuals and squads in adopting Agile mindsets and practices to enable high-performing teams.
Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and related frameworks.
Strong risk and issue identification and management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Miro.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate product delivery across streams to align with agile practices.
Coach squads to improve agile maturity and eliminate delivery impediments.
Foster autonomy, collaboration and transparency within teams.
Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste to accelerate value delivery.
Shape culture and ways of working at the new Qantas Product Innovation Centre.
Mentor teams to achieve high performance and timely releases.
