The Coles Group in Sydney's Eastern Creek is seeking a Team Manager for the Cold Distribution Centre to lead a 25-30 person night shift, ensuring smooth operations while prioritising safety and compliance within Coles' supply chain.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will plan workloads, coordinate receiving, packing and dispatch, and drive performance to meet targets. The role offers onsite facilities, training and staff discounts, with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

About the role

Are you an experienced leader looking for your next challenge? Our Coles Distribution Centres play an important role moving quality products through our supply chain, to provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’re accountable for coaching and supporting a team of 25-30 team members to deliver the operational output required, always keeping safety and compliance front of mind.

This is a nightshift position where you need to be available to work 8.30PM - 5AM.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster as the DC operates 7 days a week for our customers
• To energise, empower and support your team in meeting and exceeding set targets
• To plan and allocate workload to maximise efficiency and delivery to deadline
• To meet commercial budget and cost management principles
• To manage the reporting and logging of safety-related incidents
• To handle the receiving, pick packing and dispatching of goods
• Effective communication with all levels of the business
