Job summary

Nine Entertainment Co. Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Digital Operations Coordinator to support the rollout of platform and media integrations across Nine's digital ecosystem. You will work closely with the Technical Integration & Compliance Lead to drive project delivery and optimize workflows.

You will engage stakeholders, create SOPs, maintain process documentation, and contribute to analytics dashboards and reports that power decision making across advertising operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising or similar, in a project coordinator or scheduler role.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with project tracking or data management tools.
• Experience drafting SOPs and navigating ad tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to roll out new operational workflows and improve existing processes across digital ad operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on workflow challenges and provide updates on media and platform rollouts.
• Create, organise, and maintain up-to-date process documentation and SOPs for the team.
• Curate and manage an Ad Operations database to power key team reports, schedules, and dashboards.
• Maintain organised project trackers to monitor progress, bottlenecks, and delivery milestones.
• Rigorously test new workflows and AI tools to ensure accuracy and high standards.
