Job summary

Nine Entertainment Co in Sydney seeks a Process & Engagement Specialist for Ad Ops to support rollout of platform and media integrations and optimise workflows across Nine’s digital ecosystem. You will partner with leadership to implement new operational processes, maintain SOPs, and manage an Ad Operations database powering reports and dashboards.

You will test new workflows and AI tools, track progress with project trackers, and stay ahead of automation and regulatory changes to drive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital advertising or similar project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High tech literacy with Microsoft, G Suite and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Roll out new operational workflows and improve processes.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback on workflows.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Curate and manage an Ad Operations database and dashboards.
• Maintain project trackers to monitor progress and milestones.
• Rigorously test workflows and AI tools for accuracy.
• Stay informed on automation and regulatory standards.
