Job summary

Accounts Receivable Officer role in Melbourne on a 12-month contract within a fast-paced finance team. You will manage complex reconciliations, high-volume AR across multiple channels, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate account handling.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, strong reconciliation skills, and experience in FMCG/retail or consumer products. You will be proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable position.
• Strong reconciliation experience within a high-volume environment.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or consumer products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex account reconciliations across B2C and D2C channels.
• Daily bank reconciliations and transaction matching.
• Manage payment allocations and resolve account discrepancies.
• End-to-end collections and debtor management.
• Investigate and resolve customer account issues.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Work closely with internal teams to support business operations.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies where appropriate.
