Randstad is recruiting on behalf of a VIC government organisation for an Accounting Officer (Accounts Receivable) to join their Malvern VIC on a hybrid basis, on a temporary contract until 4 December with potential extensions.

The role requires a tertiary accounting qualification, ability to work autonomously, and proven experience as an AR Officer or Assistant Accountant. Immediate start with competitive terms.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Proven ability to work autonomously to achieve finance objectives and provide efficient AR and general accounting services.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or Assistant Accountant.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end AR and general accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for debtor inquiries and manage the central mailbox.
• Perform timely account reconciliations, process refunds, and resolve discrepancies.
