Job summary

MPAU Finance in Glenroy, Victoria, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage a high-volume customer ledger, perform debt collection, reconcile accounts, and process payments. You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while supporting month-end reporting and debtor analysis.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR/Credit Control, experience in FMCG/wholesale environments, and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control
• Experience in high-volume commercial, FMCG, wholesale or distribution environments
• Strong debt collection and reconciliation skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience using ERP systems, with JD Edwards highly regarded
• Full working rights and ability to work on-site in Glenroy during onboarding

Profile
