Job summary

Four Quarters has partnered with a large, well-established business boasting an exceptional finance team who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts Receivable Officer to take on a fast-paced, temporary role on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who has strong attention to detail and ledger management skills, and is confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts and payments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities with tight deadlines.
• Experience handling high volumes of invoices with accuracy.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Raising and processing customer invoices
• Proactive collections via phone and email, following up outstanding balances
• Maintaining a clean, accurate ledger
• Cash allocation and account reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Handling customer queries promptly and professionally
• General accounts and administrative duties as required
• Handle incoming phone enquiries and emails
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Desired Skills / Experience:

• At least 1 years' experience within Accounts Receivable / Credit Control

• Confident communicator with high levels of customer service
