Job summary

Lives Lived Well is seeking an Assistant Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable) to join the Finance team on a 7-month parental leave backfill contract. The role offers hybrid working arrangements, a Bowen Hills-based office, and salary packaging benefits with wellbeing leave days.

You will manage invoicing, debtor follow-up, reconciliations and general financial administration to support services across multiple regions in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Proven invoicing and reconciliation experience.
• Not-for-profit, healthcare or community services sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounts receivable and invoicing activities.
• Support debtor management and follow-up processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Process and allocate financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end finance activities and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and support financial compliance.
• Respond to finance-related enquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with managers and employees across the organisation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
