Catalyst Metals Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a high‑volume, process-driven team. You will manage supplier invoices, expense claims and monthly reconciliations, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will drive procure‑to‑pay efficiency, support month‑end activities and contribute to process improvements within a collaborative finance function.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong procure-to-pay knowledge and best practices.
• Proficiency in Pronto ERP and Microsoft Office; Redmap desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve invoice, payment, and account queries.
• Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and documentation requirements.
• Proactively tackle discrepancies and delays.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an efficient procure-to-pay process.
• Identify process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
