Iluka Resources, based in Perth, seeks an Accounts Payable Officer to support the Treasury team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on exception resolution, payment processing (including foreign currency), and maintaining vendor data in SAP.

Reporting to the Treasurer, you will handle day-to-day AP tasks, assist with audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of AP processes in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Excel.
• Excellent time management and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review and resolve invoices that the processing bot cannot complete (price/quantity/match issues; missing PO).
• Monitor bot performance and exception queues; raise fixes with process owner/IT.
• Prepare, review and release scheduled SAP payments; provide forecasts/reports to Treasury.
• Manage the Parked Report.
• Sort incoming invoices and enquiries to AP inboxes.
