Job summary

Core Lithium Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to head the AP function from our Perth CBD site. This role oversees end-to-end AP processing, vendor management, and month-end activities as production ramps up at Finniss.

In-office, full-time with possible part-time arrangements, offering a competitive circa $110,000 plus super depending on experience. You will lead a small, capable finance team in a growing ASX-listed business, with exposure to ongoing supplier onboarding and process

Qualifications

• Five+ years end-to-end accounts payable experience.
• Experience leading, reviewing or mentoring AP work.
• Advanced, hands-on Pronto experience.
• Strong MS Office capabilities with Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience in a medium to large operational business with high transaction volumes.
• Sharp attention to detail and AP controls.
• Mining or resources exposure.
• Certificate or diploma in accounting or finance.
• Experience supporting AP through growth or change.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP day to day, setting priorities and guiding AP staff and contractors.
• Own end-to-end AP in Pronto and review processing quality.
• Prepare and check weekly payment runs ready for approval.
• Control vendor master data with supplier and bank detail changes properly verified.
• Deliver AP month end, reconciliations and reporting.
• Own AP procedures and controls, and lead improvements as volumes grow.
