Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Eureka Group Holdings Ltd is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Brisbane. You will manage end-to-end supplier invoices and payments for a multi-entity group, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will work closely with the Group Finance team, suppliers, auditors and banking partners to maintain strong financial controls.
The role offers a flexible hybrid working model, opportunities to grow, and exposure across GST, month-end activities, and intercompany transactions.
Are you an Accounts Payable professional who takes pride in getting every invoice right and enjoys keeping suppliers paid accurately and on time?
If so, we’d love to meet you. Join Eureka Group as our Accounts Payable Specialist and help us keep our payments accurate, our suppliers happy and our communities thriving.
At Eureka Villages, our purpose is to provide comfortable, accessible and authentic places for living that foster stability and a sense of connection. We’re redefining community living in Australia by delivering reliable and dignified housing at scale, and we bring that same care and sense of belonging to how we work together.
As our organisation grows, we’re investing in our Group Finance team so that our processes, systems and controls keep pace with the business. It’s an exciting time to join us.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll work closely with our Finance team and Property and Operations teams. You’ll also work with our suppliers, external auditors and banking partners.
Our values guide everything we do: we Put People First, Embrace the Challenge, Commit and Follow Up, Act with Purpose and Build Belonging. You’ll be part of a team that values accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement.
You’ll be responsible for the accurate, timely and controlled processing of supplier invoices and payments across the Group. You’ll be a trusted contact for suppliers and internal teams, helping keep our financial controls strong and our supplier relationships positive.
Your responsibilities will include:
At Eureka, our people are our greatest asset, and we want you to enjoy coming to work. You’ll enjoy:
No two days are quite the same. One day you might be working through a high volume of invoices, getting them coded and approved. The next, you could be preparing the weekly payment run, reconciling a supplier statement, helping with an audit request or finding a smarter way to reduce manual handling.
Here, you’re more than someone who processes invoices. You’ll be trusted, supported and encouraged to grow.
We’re looking for someone with solid accounts payable experience, a great eye for detail and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute. You’ll ideally have:
It would be a bonus if you also have a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, experience in property or multi-site operational environments, or exposure to audits and structured governance settings. If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be supported, valued and given the chance to grow your career within a welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you.
Eureka is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to contribute. All successful applicants will be required to complete relevant pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check, and provide evidence of their right to work in Australia.
