GrainCorp is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Barangaroo, Sydney. You will process supplier invoices, manage payments, and support internal stakeholders with accurate data entry and compliance.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you’ll handle invoice processing, expense management, and data analysis using Excel. This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration three days per week and flexible leave options, including birthday leave, in a family-friendly

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, payment runs, and query handling.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices in line with company policies and GST legislation.
• Manage corporate cards and assist employees with usage and compliance.
• Handle accounts payable queries via our system and phone.
• Support employees with expense management and card reconciliation.
• Create payment files and schedule manual payments as needed.
• Assist with reporting, journal uploads, and data analysis in Excel.
