Job summary

The Benevolent Society in Glebe, Australia, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to process invoices, manage creditor accounts and deliver high-quality service across internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

Experience in Accounts Payable with high-volume invoice processing.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with issue resolution.
Excellent communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
Experience with finance systems; Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Process a high volume of invoices and claims accurately, ensuring approvals and procurement requirements.
Maintain creditor accounts and provide timely supplier responses.
Use advanced Excel functions to support reporting and reconciliation.
Apply accounting principles and COA understanding to ensure quality outcomes.
