Job summary

Appreciating Talent is assisting a Sydney-based business with a three-month Accounts Payable Officer temporary assignment. You will manage end-to-end AP tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely payments and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling high-volume invoices, intermediate Excel skills, and comfort with a large ERP system, along with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

• Proven ability to process large volumes of transactions and invoices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing.
• High-volume invoice entry, coding, and approvals.
• Weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements and company credit cards.
• Assisting with month-end close.
• Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
