Qualifications

• Finance or accounting qualification.
• 12+ months experience in AP/AR.
• Understanding of accounting principles, ledger management and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, esp. Excel; SAP beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative with suppliers/stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices with PO matching and approvals.
• Prepare electronic payments and reconcile records.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain supplier relationships.
• Verify employee expense reports and code staff credit card expenses.
• Follow up outstanding expenses and approvals with staff and managers.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
• Provide information for audits and internal reviews; support controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
