Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with three-way matching and coding.
• Prepare and process supplier payment runs and employee expense claims.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier records and up-to-date account information.
• Support month-end activities and intercompany reconciliations.
• Respond to Accounts Payable enquiries and generate reports.
