Job summary

ADT Security is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Australia. The role focuses on processing supplier invoices, matching with POs, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining accurate records within a fast-paced security environment.

You will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial services and report on AP activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable Manager in delivering supplier payment services.
• Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy.
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system (MYOB).
• Match invoices with purchase orders and related documents.
• Prepare electronic transfers and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor queries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processing and general ledger reconciliations.
