ABN Group in Docklands is seeking a proactive Query Administrator to join our Accounts Payable team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on managing supplier, trade, and internal finance queries with a customer-centric approach.

You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, triage requests, and drive timely resolution while contributing to process improvements within a fast-paced finance function.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and managing incoming supplier and internal finance queries through to resolution.
• Responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaising with internal departments to facilitate efficient query resolution.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders and vendors throughout the process.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable team.
• Assisting with maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborating with the wider Finance team to support business outcomes.
• Documenting and updating existing Process SOPs and Flow Charts.
