Sharp & Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our growing team in North Sydney. Open to recent graduates with 1–2 years’ experience in an AP/admin role. Flexible with 1–2 days at home.

Australian citizen or permanent resident required. This role offers a supportive culture and opportunities to develop with a vibrant team. Key duties include end-to-end AP, invoice matching and coding, and reconciliation of supplier payments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing.
• Match, batch and code invoices.
• Reconcile supplier payments and inter-company accounts.
• Prepare and allocate costs to correct GL accounts and pay weekly bills.
• Reconcile bank and supplier statements.
• Share accounts payable information with other departments on request.
• Lead and direct the Accounts Payable team where applicable.

This is a newly created opportunity for a Accounts Payable to join a dynamic and growing business based in North Sydney. This role is open to recent graduates with 1-2 years experience in an accounts payable/admin accounts role. Our client is located within the heart of North Sydney and are a short walk from the station (they also offer some work-from-home flexibility with 1-2 days at home). The Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Reconciliation of supplier payments andinter-company accounts
• Preparation, allocation of costs to correct G/L accounts, and payment of weekly bills
• Reconciliation of bank and supplier reconciliations
• Contribute accounts payable information to other departments upon request
• Opportunity to direct and lead the Accounts Payable team

The successful applicant will have

• 1-2 years experience within a similar role
• Previous experience with MYOB is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Up & comer, motivated, keen to learn and contribute to the fun & vibrant culture!
