Job summary

DevEx Resources Limited in West Perth, WA, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to own end-to-end AP processing across mining projects. The role suits someone who loves accuracy and thrives in a busy environment.

You will manage invoices, coding, approvals, and payments without PO matching in Odoo, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and support bank reconciliations and payroll tasks. Flexible, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant roles.
• Strong understanding of AP processes; mining/project experience highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing from direct invoice receipt, project coding and approvals to payment, without a PO matching system in Odoo.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
• Process and reconcile corporate credit cards using Prospend.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance for audit purposes.
• Assist with timesheet management and payroll.
• Support general office administration (phones, travel, couriers, etc.)

Your Key Responsibilities
