Job summary

Lincom Pacific Equipment is seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team at the Narangba Head Office. This permanent, full-time role supports supplier invoicing, payments and month-end tasks within a friendly team.

The successful candidate will have AP experience, strong attention to detail, ERP systems familiarity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pronto experience is advantageous.

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems.
• Pronto experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team at our Narangba Head Office. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability and the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team. Working alongside our existing Accounts Payable team, you will help ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

Processing supplier invoices and matching them against purchase orders

Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies

Preparing and processing supplier payment runs

Monitoring the accounts inbox and responding to supplier and internal queries

Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve account queries

Assisting with month-end processes and other finance duties as required

About you

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Good organisational and time-management skills

The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Confident and professional communication skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience using ERP or accounting systems

Pronto experience would be advantageous but is not essential
