Job summary

City Fleet Transport Maintenance in Brisbane is seeking an experienced accounts assistant to support our Nathan service workshop with end-to-end bookkeeping, invoicing, and accurate data entry. You will contribute to efficient financial processes and maintain organized records to support daily operations.

You will manage customer and vendor relationships, perform daily bank reconciliations, generate reports, and assist with training on our workshop maintenance software.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong sense of urgency.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• MYOB or similar accounting software.
