Job summary

Dominant Music in Mitcham, Victoria, is seeking an admin all-rounder for a role that can be part-time or full-time. You’ll handle AP/AR, invoicing, order entry, and client communications to support our fast-growing music distribution business.

You’ll join a friendly, detail-oriented team with opportunities to contribute ideas and improve processes; knowledge of business admin and bookkeeping is beneficial, and familiarity with musical instruments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Business Administration or Book Keeping qualifications would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of musical instruments would be ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and receivable.
• Liaising with customers to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Invoicing / crediting.
• Order entry.
• Debt collection.
• Incoming & Outgoing calls. Maintaining clients/dealers accounts.
• Coming up with ideas on how to improve what we do and help implement them!
