Dominant Music is seeking an admin all-rounder to support finance and customer-facing operations from our head office in Mitcham, Victoria. The role offers flexibility as part-time and/or full-time employment and involves accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, order entry, and customer liaison.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration or bookkeeping, strong computer skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Formación

• Experience or background in Business Administration or Book Keeping would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of musical instruments would be ideal but not essential.
• Friendly, positive and able to get along with a broad range of personalities.
• Strong computer skills and excellent phone etiquette are important.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Accounts payable and receivable.
• Liaising with customers to ensure high level of service.
• Invoicing and crediting.
• Order entry.
• Debt collection.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls; maintaining client/dealer accounts.
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements.
