Dominant Music is seeking an organised Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper to join the Finance team on a part-time basis (2 days per week) with fully remote arrangements. The role supports accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end tasks, with scope evolving by experience.

Ideal for independent contributors in a growing business. Working closely with the Finance team, you will manage supplier invoices, reconciliations in MYOB, and basic accounts receivable, while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with remote work and deadlines.
• Experience with MYOB preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices and payment approvals.
• Perform bank, credit card and ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end journals, accruals and balances.
• Assist with customer invoices and debtor follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and confidential finance records.
• Resolve transactional discrepancies with staff and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance systems and data quality.
