Dominant Music, a vibrant and fast-growing music instruments distributor, is seeking an admin all-rounder to join our Mitcham head office. This role covers finance tasks, customer communications, invoicing and order processing, with scope for part-time or full-time hours.

Ideal candidates will have business administration knowledge, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude as we build great brands and relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable and receivable.
• Knowledge of musical instruments would be ideal but not essential.
• Familiarity with invoicing and crediting processes.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and receivable.
• Liaising with customers to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Invoicing / crediting.
• Order entry.
• Debt Collection.
• Incoming & Outgoing calls. Maintaining clients/dealers accounts.
• Coming up with ideas to improve processes and help implement them.
