You will be the go-to expert for clients, delivering tailored staffing solutions, collaborating with our recruitment team, and contributing to growth with a proactive, organised approach. A NSW driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being that trusted go-to expert that provides updates, insights and strategic advice
• Understand client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that drive their business success.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met
• Run toolbox talks and general safety checks at our client sites ensuring a safe experience for all our field team
• New business development to continue to grow your territory

The Successful Applicant

• Has had previous experience and proven results increasing billing in the blue-collar labour hire industry in a similar role
• Has a full NSW Driver's License
• Thrives on building relationships
