Brandis Hire is seeking an energetic Account Manager to join our Sydney team. You will develop new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and drive growth across NSW.

Reporting to the NSW Branch Manager, you will own the client journey from prospecting to securing engagements, while delivering exceptional outcomes and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Client-first approach and solutions focus.
• Organised with good time management.
• Driver's license and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client opportunities across targeted markets.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Build, maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits, site meetings and account reviews.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and hire agreements.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end hire process, including equipment scheduling, deliveries and returns.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records within HubSpot CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
