Job summary

Viewix is a Sydney-based social video agency seeking an Account Manager to manage client accounts from our Dulwich Hill office. You’ll be the primary contact, ensuring projects stay on time and aligned with client goals, coordinating with producers and briefing creative teams.

You will track performance, prepare reports and presentations, and actively seek opportunities to improve results and deepen client relationships. A full-time on-site role with Australia-wide working rights is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client account management or similar roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms and performance-focused campaigns.
• Solid organisational and time-management abilities; able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site with creative and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Coordinate with video producers and briefing creative teams.
• Track campaign performance and prepare client reports/presentations.
• Handle scheduling, follow-up on action items and feedback cycles.
• Identify opportunities to optimise results and deepen client relationships.
