Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new customer opportunities in targeted markets.
• Build and grow a robust sales pipeline for new and existing accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits, reviews and follow-ups to identify growth.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to quotation, negotiation and close.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and hire agreements promptly.
• Oversee end-to-end hire process including equipment scheduling and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and opportunity records in HubSpot CRM.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Perth team and help drive the next phase of growth for Brandis Hire across Western Australia.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process and play a key role in driving growth across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new customer opportunities across targeted markets
• Building, managing and growing a strong sales pipeline across new and existing accounts
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Conducting regular customer visits, account reviews and follow-up activities to identify growth opportunities
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and successful close
• Preparing and managing quotations, proposals and hire agreements in a timely and professional manner
• Managing the end-to-end hire process, including equipment scheduling, delivery coordination and equipment returns
• Maintaining accurate customer, sales and opportunity records within HubSpot CRM
• Delivering exceptional customer service by proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded

About you

• 2+ years' experience in account management
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first mindset: solve problems, build trust, deliver value
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work collaboratively and achieve individual targets
• Experience in rental/hire or the industrial/electrical sector is an advantage, but not essential
• Valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia

$90K to $100K base + super + uncapped commissions
