Job summary

Eudoxia is growing, and we’re seeking an Account Manager – Client Growth & Business Development to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities and support growth of our Employee Assistance Services.

You’ll manage an allocated portfolio of clients, build relationships with stakeholders, develop account plans, and collaborate with Growth, Allied Health and Marketing teams to craft proposals, tenders and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and client relationship management.
• Experience developing commercial opportunities with business clients.
• Ability to conduct discovery conversations and understand client needs.
• Strong written communication for professional proposals and tender responses.
• Experience coordinating tender, EOI or RFQ submissions.
• Strong CRM discipline, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients and become a trusted commercial contact.
• Develop account plans around contract requirements, renewals, service performance and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate renewals, expansions, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline.
• Prepare draft proposals and pricing for review and approval.
• Support intake processes and provide backup during peak times.
