Kennards Hire in Balcatta, WA is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow revenue across a select portfolio of Tier 1 customers in building, construction and infrastructure. You will manage accounts, deepen relationships and deliver structured, solution-led growth.

You will balance executive engagement with operations, lead boardroom-level presentations, and develop growth plans while maintaining a strong WA pipeline.

• Proven experience managing major or Tier 1 customer accounts.
• Boardroom and senior stakeholder presentation experience.
• Strong communication skills across executive and operational audiences.
• Solutions-led approach to sales rather than transactional selling.
• Solid commercial acumen and ability to discuss value, not just price.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or related industry.
• This role is not suited to junior BDMs or candidates without executive presentation exposure.

This is a Business Development role focused on growingrevenue across a select portfolio of Tier 1 customers within the building, construction and infrastructure sector.

As Business Development Manager, you will manage a portfolioof accounts, drawn from Kennards Hire’s top customer base. Your role is todeepen relationships, win new business and grow existing accounts and deliverstructured, solution-led growth.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving growth across a defined portfolio of major accounts, balancing executive-level engagement and operational personnel. Key responsibilities include:

• Managingand growing a portfolio of Tier 1 customer accounts

You will bring:
